Condition
**In good "as found" refinished and restored condition. Normal mars, wear and indications of age and use.
The case is tight and sturdy and demonstrates no movement at the joints.
The top has a shrinkage crack that has been filled.
There is a veneer loss to the plinth above one column, about 1-1/4" x 1" x 3/8", and a loss along the bottom edge of the apron about 1/2" x 5/8" x 3/8".
The lower center door is now off. It is broken out at the hinges, with splinter losses at the hinges, one about 5" and the other 6" long and 3/4" wide. The shorter of the two splinters is present.
The pulls are in the original drillings and have old, probably antique, hardware. They are cast rather than stamped brass, suggesting they may be old replacements.
