READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING !! Items in this Auction are located and will need to be picked up at our building in Phillipsburg NJ 08865. All the Hawthorne Village Houses and Trains were never out of the styrofoam boxes , until we took them out for photos. All come with the styrofoam boxes and letters of authenticity ( there might be a couple missing the authenticity letter). All items are sold as is, as pictured. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. There is no preview. Bidding is open now and lots start closing in consecutive order on Tuesday November 13th @6pm . Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 6 pm eastern time, to watch lots close and bid live. Payment is due on Saturday November 17th by 3pm and Pick up day is Monday November 19th from 9am-5:00pm. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If you miss the pick up day, you will receive a shipping and handling invoice thru Paypal. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $10 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges, 48 hours after pick up day. Item will be shipped to address registered with Paypal.
