Chinese Qing Dynasty gilt over Zijin glaze porcelain amphora vase. Delicately potted in a baluster shape body, with cylindrical belly, gently tapered toward tall neck leading to the flaring rim, raised upon a splayed concave foot base. Two dragon shaped ears flanked on the neck below the rim, creates handle. The belly, neck, and collar decorated in gilt overglaze geometrical archaic pattern. The rim banded with repeating ruyi motif ribbons, and foot rim with key fret ribbon. All sets against the attractive metallic brown glaze ground. The underbase with Qianlong impressed six characters reign mark in overglaze gilt, Qing Dynasty.
