This lot consists of a hand drawn mixed media (ink and watercolor) composition on paper, hand signed "Miro" in ink at bottom right. Image depicts a striking mass of color and line, carefully constructed in the light, playful manner of the prolific abstract expressionist painter, Joan Miro (Spanish, 1893-1983). The words "Espana" and "Miro" have also been incorporated. This unframed piece measures approximately 8.25" x 11.5".
