Antique Coal Port Kings Ware Canton Plates. Six (6) Coal Port earthenware / iron stone plates from their Kings Ware line, in a Willow style pattern with pagoda, the pattern name is Canton. Circa 1891-1920. Flowered border, with painted polychrome enamel highlights of red, yellow, blue and green. 9.5 inches in diameter. Marked on the underside with the Coalport Crown and "Coalport, England, A.D. 1750., Kings Ware, Canton." Coalport was bought by Wedgwood in 1967 and is no longer being produced.
