Description
[Nixon] Richard Nixon's Montecristo cigar humidor. Given to him in 1958, during his vice presidency, in remembrance of his visit to Central Toledo, Cuba. Inside the lid feature "Al Sr. Richard M. Nixon Hon. Vice Presidente de los E.U. de A.," "Recerdo de su visita al Central Toledo Manuel Aspuru" and the Montecristo cigar company logo. Made in Cuba marking along bottom. Approx: L: 17 1/2" W: 9 " H: 5 1/2". Includes: paperwork on the sale history, 1973 Inaugural invitation, and RNC letter with copy of Nixon's January 1970 State of the Union address.
Condition Very good. Does not include key. Split along two joints of base. Chip along front opening.
