Leonard Lessius (1554-1623) was professor of philosophy in Louvain, a famous exponent of scholastic philosophy. "De Iustitia et Iure" is his most important work, one of the earliest analysis of commercial practice especially on the ethics of economics.
Condition
Soiling to vellum, numerous minuscule wormholes at spine; interior sound with scattered light foxing, occasional faint dampstaining, some minor repair work to title page, a solid copy; very good.
