This Cartier 18K octagonal watch from the 1970s has an unmistakable design, with a checkerboard mosaic tiger eye dial accented by bold dauphine hands. The crown has a cabochon, a distinctive design feature of the marque. The 18K gold case features a double bevel around the edges. The manual wind caliber 97B is nice and clean. This watch is presented on its original brown strap with a solid 18K Cartier buckle.

Dial and hands in excellent condition. Case with scratches throughout commensurate with age and wear. Movement running at time of cataloging. Overall in very good condition.
