Pair of Edwardian Satinwood Side Tables

early 20th century, in the Adam taste, each with a scrolling foliate border surrounding a polychrome floral swag and inlaid half-patera, above a conforming like-decorated frieze, raised on bellflower-patterned tapering square legs.

In overall very good condition, each with minor rubbing, abrasions, wear and indications of age and use, including slight rubbing and wear to the polychromy. Tight and sturdy. No movement observed at the joint of the legs and aprons. The tops of each exhibit some straight shrinkage lines at the points where boards are laminated together, and a few minor, tight shrinkage cracks.
