Wedgewood Fairyland "Nizami" pattern lidded Oriental luster box. Fairyland Lustre box is decorated in a variation of the Nizami pattern. Box has an exterior blue green background with a gold gilt geometric border. Interior of box has light blue finish with gold and blue Oriental scene within a circle on the inner lid. Exterior of lid is decorated with an Oriental figure sitting in a castle garden with animals and birds. Interior of lid has a center medallion decorated with deer in a landscape. Marked on the underside with the gold Portland vase mark, "Wedgwood" and, "Made in England". Excellent condition. Measures 4" x 4" x 2.75".
