18th century, Veuve Perrin (French, 1748-1803); polychrome earthenware lidded urn with "D" ring handles having draped laurel garlands; provincial hunting and landscape decorated cartouches; scattered florals and raised pate gold decoration; on a socle base. Marked for Veuve Perrin and 155; cartouches signed F. Bouches. Approx. w. 9.5", h. 18", d. 7.25". Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. Cecil S. Whitehead, Jr., Atlanta, Georgia.

Repairs to ring handles; crazing; base is loose.
