Description

French, 20th century. A group of two Sarreguemines majolica vessels comprised of a yellow squash/gourd or melon dish and lidded vegetable dish in the form of a basket. Marked on bottom. Approx. h. 6.125", w. 9.375". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Anital, Riverdale, New York.

Condition

Both with crazing and glazing imperfections. Melon possibly missing lid/top. Minute hairline to lip of opening on melon. Egg basket with repairs to handles and possible repair to egg.
