Pair of Chinese Jiaqing famille-rose porcelain bowls. Deep curvature flaring upward to form the rim, with a slightly raised footing. The rim is carved into a curvaceous pattern that has been painted on the selection all the surface, upper mouth rim, neck ring, main body and banded the foot base rim, with a gilt colloidal. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned. The exterior is adorned with hand painted famille-rose design, Famille rose hand painting depicted vividly hand painted in enamel design, famille rose on a colored ground decoration. Each bulging sides enclosing colorful falangcai, famille rose on a colored ground decoration, of Bajixiang. The upper rim and lower body decorated with various floral blooms, scrolling vines, fresh green foliage, and scrolling tendril. The neck decorated with snarling dragon careening through ruyi clouds above thrashing Li-Shui waves interspersed flowers blooms, foliage. Dragon is the symbol of the Emperor, the Son of Heaven, eternity, Yang and Yin, male vigor and fecundity. Upturning lappets and wanzi motif decorated on the foot base rim. All delicate with a various tones, the composition is sophisticated and the colors are a feast for the eye.
The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six underglaze iron red script characters reign mark, Jia Qing Reign Period of Great Qing Dynasty.
