French Provincial Carved Oak Gothic Sideboard, 19th c., the stepped top over two pierced cupboard doors with iron locks, strap hinges and escutcheons, flanking a Gothic arch carved pilaster, over two pierce carved drawers flanking a figural carved pilaster, on reeded legs to a lower shelf, backed by a linen fold carved panel, on reeded block legs, H.- 58 in., W.- 46 in., D.- 21 in.

Condition consistent with age and use. The bottom two inches appear to have been added at the some point in time. The carving on those two areas are not consistent with other Gothic patterns on the piece. Glue marks evident on the lower side of the drawers. A handsome example.
