Item Details

Description

Circa 1890, Edgefield, South Carolina, likely by the Baynham family. The piece having a nicely formed lid which is likely associated but fits with the piece very well. The body is tapered with a single handle at the upper edge. Some slight nicks to surface glaze consistent with age and use. H9 1/2Ó Sold from the collection of a Charleston gentleman.
