Extrem seltene vergoldete Rectaflex in vollständig originalem Zustand, mit dem zweiten bekannten AKTON 1:2/50 mm Objektiv. Aus der zweiten Charge (basierend auf Kameras der Serie 25000) offiziell vergoldeter Kameras mit braunem Gehäusebezug und apricotfarben lackierten, nicht vergoldeten Metallteilen. Chassis Nr. 026830. Alle vergoldeten Kameras wurden an besondere Persönlichkeiten überreicht, bekannt sind:


Papst Pius XII. (1939-1958);
König Faruq (Präsident von Ägypten, 1936-1952);
Francesco Odasso (Präsident CISA Viscosa);
Franco Marinotti (Präsident SNIA Viscosa);
Dwight D. Eisenhower (Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, 1953-1961);
Luigi Einaudi (Präsident von Italien, 1948-1955).
Es wird vermutet das auch
Henry Tieman (Der französische Importeur TELOS) und
Winston Churchill (Premierminister des Vereinigten Königreichs, 1940-1945 und 1951-1955)
solche Kameras erhielten.


Die Rectaflex Gold Nr. 27811 war im Rectaflex-Werk mit Angenieux S1 1:1.8/50 mm Objektiv ausgestellt. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass maximal 12 vergoldete original Rectaflex Kameras hergestellt wurden.


Dabei:
 Vergoldeter Rectaflex Objektivdeckel und braune Ledertasche mit vergoldeten Metallteilen und vergoldeter Schraube (Gurt einseitig abgerissen).

From the second batch (based on 25000 series bodies) of officially gold plated cameras with brown covering and apricot painted non-gold plated metal parts. Chassis Nr. 026830. All of the gold plated cameras have been presented to VIP`s at the time of which the following are known: 


Pope Pius XII (1939-1958); 
King Faruq (President of Egypt, 1936-1952); 
Francesco Odasso (President CISA Viscosa); 
Franco Marinotti (President SNIA Viscosa); 
Dwight D. Eisenhower (President of the United States of America, 1953-1961); 
Luigi Einaudi (President of Italy, 1948-1955). 
It is believed that also 
Henry Tieman (The French importer TELOS) and
Winston Churchill (Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, 1940-1945 and 1951-1955)
received such cameras.


The Rectaflex Gold Nr. 27811 was on display in the Rectaflex factory with Angenieux S1 50 mm f/1.8 Nr. 159765. It is assumed that a maximum of only 12 original gold plated Rectaflex cameras have ever been produced. 


Included: 
Gold plated Rectaflex push-on lens cap and brown leather everready case with gilt metal parts and screw (strap torn off on one side).
