This lot consists of a hand-stenciled aerosol painting on cardboard, done in the distinctive style of contemporary graffiti artist, Banksy (British, 1974-). An interpretation of Banksy's 2003 protest image depicting a small girl with arms wrapped around a bomb. This unframed piece measures approximately 34.75" x 19".

Reverse side of board features a handwritten marker inscription: "F*ck Bush! War".

Banksy is an anonymous English-based street artist, vandal, political activist, and painter. Banksy combines dark humor with graffiti done in a distinctive, stenciled manner. His works of political and social commentary have been featured on streets, walls, and bridges of cities throughout the world.
