Two read wax seals en verso. 2nd item: Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher, LG, OM, DStJ, PC, FRS, HonFRSC (1925-2013) signed black and white photograph. 3rd item: Victor Emmanuel III (1869-1947) King of Italy from 29 July 1900 until his abdication on 9 May 1946, signed document with Italian text, dated July 1927.
