Here's a 1940 21" Ideal Composition Judy Garland Teen -
all original outfit (Strike up the Band). Floral dress with black bow; left eye
has craze line; Craze line on side of neck - cannot see unless you move the hair away. Left eye has a "cataract" (cloudiness).
Stringing is loose; original bobby pins in hair. Shoes are worn
Back of neck: Ideal Doll; Made in the USA.
Originally from a major Auction house in 2009.
The bow is pinned on, not sewn on, so I cannot verify that it is original,
However, it does look old. Again, this is the way I received it from the auction house and there was no indication that it wasn't original.
Her back has the backward 21.
Her head is marked Ideal Doll.
