FINE ENGLISH WAX-OVER-COMPOSITION PORTRAIT FASHION DOLL. 22". Wax shoulderhead turned slightly to the right, original nailed-on mohair wig, inset blue glass almond-shaped eyes, deeply-molded eyelids, tapered brows, closed mouth, accented lips, pierced-in ears, cotton twill body with stitched joints, wax-over-composition hands, antique silk two-piece costume with beaded shawl and hat, old cotton stockings and brown leather shoes. Commentary: Beautifully-modelled wax fashion doll retaining lovely, original complexion; excellent original body and lovely antique costume.
