Lovely 20 inch Ludwig Greiner doll with papier mache shoulder head, cloth body, and leather forearms. She has the original 1858 label. A lovely 19th century lady waiting for the perfect outfit.

Her face paint appears to be all original, but she has had some touch up to her hair and a little repair to the shoulder. Her leather arms appear to have been repaired with leather strips where they meet the cloth upper arm, but it looks very old. Her right forearm is a bit fragile and separating at the seam. It is stuffed with cotton or wool, not sawdust. Her left hand is a bit fragile too. Her shoulder head and the rest of her body are sturdy and in good condition, with no odors.
