Description
A fine and highly decorated clock with tall case made from inlaid and ornately carved wood with burr walnut veneer, adorned with three gilded figures including depictions of Father Time and Mercury at the top. The clock features a foliate engraved brass dial, a die-cut silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals that is marked F.G. Lubert Amsterdam, a seconds dial, windows for the month, day of the week, and date, all surrounded by ornate cast corners of bright brass. Above the clock is a moon phase indicator dial with song titles curved along the outer edge. Movement is controlled by three weights. A nice example showing minor wear and some flaking from the gilt figures.This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
