Title: Russ Keane Signed Fishing Lure or Decoy

Provenance: This nicely carved and painted fishing lure or decoy is signed “Russ Keane”. Dating c. 1975, the lure has its original painted surface, carved tail, plastic eyes and tin fins. There are 2 lead weights, one mid-section of the body and one under the mouth. This fish decoy was probably made as a decorative, but has a nice surface and good form. 7 ½” from front to back, just over 2” high (top of the dorsal fin), and about 1” thick. Very fine condition with no spits, cracks, breaks, etc.
