18k yellow gold, the twelve size open face watch with a Patek Philippe & Co. porcelain dial with black Breguet numerals and blue steel moon hands, the twenty jewels nickel damask movement signed "Patek Philippe & Co. No 198, 623. Geneva. Switzerland, Eight(8) adjustments", the case signed "PPCo 18Kts 278647", and with a Calatrava cross, together with a Patek Philippe box, 45.0 mm diameter without crown. total weight 66.5 grams

The crystal with some scratches. There is a spider crack to the left of the number 9 and 10 in the dial. The main spring is wound all the way and the staff appears to be broken or over banked. The stem set works correctly. The watch is not currently working and needs to be serviced. Note that there is no certificate included with the watch as stated in the print catalogue.
