Handsome French Restauration Gothic Revival Bronze Clock
second quarter 19th century, with a carefully molded base decorated with trefoils and grapes, the clock set into a pierced cathedral-form facade, with a troubadour playing a lyre on one side, and a sword, wreath and plume on the other, with a silk-string suspension movement.

Condition
In "as found" condition. Slight tarnishing to the gilt surface. The bell is present; however, the nut is
lacking which holds it in place. Pendulum present. No winding key. Very fine casting quality. Measures 5
-1/4" deep.
