Lot of three. All the same, but all on different color paper: red, white and blue. Numbers 77 (preferred stock 'B'), 225 (preferred stock), and 327 (common stock). All are signed by HW Bohm and George H Dietz president. All have a nice gold seal with horn-a-plenty full of gold. All have the same horn-a-plenty vignette. Printer is Dietz of Louisville - YES the president of the company! In very nice condition - blue stock has upper border fold issue. The Report on Mines and Mining of the Oregon Senate in 1893 reported, "The Oregon Gold Mining Company of Louisville, Ky. bought one of the most extensive properties, the Whitman, and upon it and others which the company purchased and located, they expended $200,000 in improvements during the first two years, including a $40,000 stamp mil,l which has lately been improved by the addition of a chlorinating plant. This company has done more in furthering the work of improvement in Cornucopia than any other. They have extensive tunnels and inclines and when spring opens will put on a large force of men.
