Vintage hand crafted Live Steam locomotive train model. Crafted by William H. Weinman over a five year span of time starting in 1959. Mr. Weinman worked as an Engineer for Ford Motor Company, Bethlehem Steel and Honolulu Iron Works. Live steam model engine and train car with display track. Crafted of steel, brass and other metals. Mr. Weinman designed and hand built each part to the train. One of a kind complete with partial set of original hand drawn schematic drawings and blue prints. Measures approximately 5 1/2 feet long by 12" high. Good condition with mild surface wear and corrosion. Train once ran but has sat as a display piece since the mid 80's.
