Completely hand painted figural scene of court officials standing around an older woman in chair, possibly Royal. Mystery artist signature in lower right. Angelic hand painted gold and cobalt blue frame the scene crafted in fine quality Bavarian porcelain. Incised F&M mark and black crossed chip and hammer mark on back. Charger measures 22 in. x 3 in.
