Maerschalck, "A Plan of the City of New York, Reduced from an Actual Survey," New York, 1763. Printed notes along the bottom read "Copy from an original map in the possession of John F. Seaman, Esqr." and "Lith. of H.R. Robinson for D.T. Valentine's Manual."; a reproduction of Bernard Ratzen's 1767 map of New York City for D.T.
