Description
The enamel Rhinestone Jelly Belly bird pin is signed CORO CRAFT STERLING. Coro gave it the name Grouse. It is gold plated sterling and can be seen in Brunialti's book American Costume Jewelry Arts and Industry Volume 2 on page 202. He rated it 4 out of 5 for rarity, 5 being the most rare.It was designed by Adolph Katz in 1944 and not patented. The bird has a clear smooth lucite belly. The feathers and head are enameled in red,yellow, and black. There are clear pave set rhinestones on the feathers and around the head. The back is nice and shiny. The pin measures 3 inches by 2 1/2 inches. third party shipping is required
