Both pieces are marked sterling and Waterman's. The pen without the pocket clip nib is marked Parker Lucky Curve pen. The pen needs polished, is is not monogram. The pen with the pocket clip has a nib marked Waterman Ideal 14k, it is monogramed and needs polished. Both pens show normal wear no scratches or surface issue other than needing cleaned.
