Such a treat to find one of these rare Gunthermann wind up toys. This gentleman winds up nicely and walks slowly, like a tired businessman. His pants are "held up" with a rope belt. He appears to retain all of the original paint and clothing. The pressed tin body, what can be seen, shows definition in the upper abdomen and he has an anchor on his chest. Stands approx 8 1/2" tall.

Very good for age, one shoe is open and unsure if his jacket was originally buttoned. His clothing shows a little thinness in a spot here or there, but no rips or tears. Dirty from age and improper storage.
