The obverse reads: "Mohammad Reza Shaw Pahlavi Aryamehr the king of Iran" in Farsi, the mintage date, and left facing head of Pahlavi II. The reverse depicts the Pahlavi Crown and the lion and sun Pahlavi Coat of Arms. The coin was struck from 1.17 ounce (40.7 grams) of solid 90% gold. The coin is in beautiful, brilliant uncirculated condition.
