A Chinese lacquer brush pot with mother of pearl inlay dating to the early Qing dynasty. The brush pot depicts 4 figures in a landscape with trees, mountains and rivers.
Dimensions are: 4 in. tall X 3.5 in. wide; 10.2 cm tall X 8.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Significant cracking and widespread loss to the inlay, chips to the top and bottom.
Provenance: From a collector in Southern California.
