Description
Reproduction of the pewter cupboard in the Winterthur Museum. Made March 1973. Some scratches and finish loss. 56" wide x 13-1/4" deep x 72" high. Gerald Headley of Washington, Pennsylvania had spent 35 years as an optician. During that time he had begun his woodworking hobby. After his retirement him and his wife moved to Williamsburg, Virginia where he became known for making small scale furniture (mostly quarter scale) and Windsor chairs.
