They travelled extensively painting new locations, especially the American Southwest and murals for the WPA program. Rohland’s work was exhibited in the famed 1913 Armory show. Museums collections include: the Whitney Museum of American Art (multiple Whitney Biennials), the Barnes Foundation and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
