Child's doll-size blanket box, Lancaster County, PA, 19th century, original red painted surface, molded lid, interior lidded till, lock mechanism lacking key, dovetailed case, molded base, hand-cut nails, high cut-out bracket feet, 17'' L x 8 1/4'' D x 10 1/2'' H. No issues noted other than moderate wear consistent with age and normal use. We have added some additional photos of the feet. Someone had asked how they were constructed. Basically, they have molding around them - originally done by maker.
