(20th Century Fox, c.1977) A very rare collection of (17) photos used in the creation of promotional materials for Star Wars. These photos come from the collection of Bill Wallen, who helped create promotional and advertising campaigns for the film. The photos feature scarcely seen imagery of the principal cast including Luke, Han, Leia, Darth Vader, Obi Wan, and more. Since these photos were used in the creation of promotional materials, there are several notes or production codes written along the edges or on the reverse of some of the photos. Measuring 8"x10" each, the photos are in good condition overall with minor surface and edge wear from use.
