Description
Two original American WWII folio color photolithographic broadside propaganda posters, 1942, the first a "loose lips" warning, "If You Talk Too Much, This Man May Die," depicting a close-up photograph of a sailor peering out of a porthole, designed by Valentino Sarra, issued by the United States Office of War Information in Washington DC as Poster #6, and "The United Nations Fight for Freedom," with images of the flags of all US-allied countries in the war effort and the Statue of Liberty, designed by Steve Broder, issued as Poster #19. Each: 28" H x 22" W. Folded as issued, both with tears to creases and some abrasions.
