This cotton 30's daisy quilt is hand appliqued and hand quilted, with wonderful applique pink ribbons in the center and border. It measures a generous 82" X 98" and is in excellent, never washed condition, with a couple of small, faint spots that should come out in this one's first wash, and no wear. There is quilting around and within the applique and in elaborate grid, curlicue, and floral designs in the background, all at an even 7-8 stitches to the inch. This pattern is a kit, so there are tiny background pale blue dots showing the quilter where to quilt. The back is white, the machine binding is solid pink, and the batting is thin.
