Tibet. 1920 AD. Old Ceremonial Phurba with Winged Mahakala with original wooden box handmade carved and fully decorated. Extremely fine condition. Rare. Phurba 910 gr. 24x11x4,5 cm. Total weight with box 2,10 Kg. 27x14x8 cm. The kīla or phurba alternate transliterations and English orthographies: phurpa, phurbu, purbha, or phurpu) is a three-sided peg, stake, knife, or nail-like ritual implement traditionally associated with Indo-Tibetan Buddhism, Bön, and Indian Vedic traditions. The kīla is associated with the tibetan meditational deity.
