Enormous Mussolini and Victor Emmanuel Signed 53 Page Document

Manuscript document signed, 10" x 14.5", 53 pages. Titled "Vittorio Emanuele III". Signed on the last page by Benito Mussolini "Mussolini", dated "March 10, 1938", and Victor Emmanuel "Victor Emmanuel", in additional to several other signatures appearing to be the Minister of War, and the Court of the Accounts. The document is stitched with the cover page loose, the balance is held by the original stitching.

The entire document consists of lists of names, but the cover and the final page which holds the signatures. The front page text loosely translates as:

"Vittorio Emanuele III

By the grace of god and by the will of the nation King of Italy Emperor of Ethiopia having regard to the consolidated text of the provisions; on the recruitment of officers of the Royal Army approved by Royal Decree 21 March 1929, related rules and executions; having regard to the Royal Decree Law 28 January 1935, which makes changes to the consolidated text of the provisions on the recruitment of officers of the Royal Army; Seen the R. decree-law 6 May 1935 Having regard to the law 16 June 1935 On the proposal of the Head of Government, Prime Minister Secretary of State and Secretary of State for War We have decreed and decreed: Article 1: The following aspiring officer in the cavalry weapon named such with R. decree 10 June 1934 XV are appointed complement lieutenants in the weapon itself with Article 2: The following aspiring officers in the artillery weapon appointed as such with R. Decree 10 June 1934 are appointed under complementary lieutenants in the same weapon …"
