French modernist lamp/sconces made in the 1950's , by Jean Louis Domecq , It is the original design , other extension can be added to extend the arms using the same principle. The particularity of the connection is the direct contact inside which does not required wires so it can be manipulated in any shape or form desired , all the moving part possibly moving at a 180 % angle .It can be use as a sconce using the original connector ( present) , mounted as a desk lamp ( on a cast iron base) , it is the spot version .While it has been cleaned I left its original patina .Those have been used in an industrial setting so they have small dent and nick but they are in working condition.
