Description

Pewter match safe belonging to Ralph M Culver of the 20th Connecticut Infantry, Company C. He carved his name into the side of the match safe - "Ralph M Culver Box". Was dug from a campsite at London Heights, VA. Has been crushed slightly at the top but the carving is still clear. Has some rusting on the back. Measures approx. 2 1/4" long x 1" wide. You are bidding at a live sale, please read the terms and conditions. We are offering contact-less pick ups at our South Brunswick location or shipping. You will be billed for shipping separately. Items will be packed and shipped by our in-house shipping and shipped via USPS unless they are oversized, and they will be taken to the UPS store in Kendall Park, NJ.
