Probably Baule or Guro, a figure with three-ridge coiffure and with what appears to be a bowl or vessel on her head, the face with arched eyebrows, long narrow nose, pouting lips, "c" shaped ears, incised cheek scarification, the long neck with relief carved scarification and necklace or collar.
