Description

This is a fabulous set of eight Danish hand-carved oak dining or side chairs, c. 1930s. These fun chairs feature hand-carved backrest panels depicting scenes from nature including foliage and fauna. These chairs have a unique, country feel and would be great additions spread through an interior or used as kitchen or dining room chairs. Currently upholstered in a funky, vintage striped upholstery, these chairs could be a great blank slate to tailor to your personal decorative taste. Dimensions: H 34.75" x W 18.75" x D 18" x SH 18" Condition: Soiling and stains to upholstery. Some repairs to stretchers including losses, some need additional tightening. Some wear to finish including a couple dings and light scratches. Sturdy. Other old repairs including to backrests. K202
