Antique Victorian metal beaded purse with floral brass stamped hinge closure and push clasp with ornate pull fob. 12" chain handle. Fringed beaded dangles at bottom. Purse is 5" long and 4" wide, fringe is another 2". The fringe button needs repair. There is no lining and at hinges it could use work to attach it better. But it looks very appeal - it has a green/gold color and a charcoal/silver/gold bead color to it. A very victorian pattern - similar to what you would see in rugs and tapestry. The way the beads are set they remind me of tapestry stitching. It has a nice flowing feel to it. This is a beauty that needs a little TLC. I've seen this same style purse in other webstores for $200.00 and higher. The price on this is based on the fact that it needs a little attention. Came from a Pennsylvania estate. See Photos.
