Jacqueline Kennedy Signed Letter With Warm Inscription to Her White House Chef

Single page typed letter signed, 5.25" x 7.75". Dated "November 28, 1966", and signed by Jacqueline Kennedy with an additional inscription "with my best wishes always dear Rene, Jacqueline Kennedy". Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.  From the collection of Ron Hoskins, assassinologist.

A warm letter by Jackie to Rene. Rene Verdon was the chef for the White House during the administrations of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson. Verdon was hired by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy in 1961. Jacqueline's letter thanks Rene for a photograph "of the display at the museum in Vileneuve-Loubet"
