Description
The Ohio State Anti-Slavery Society originated in 1835 in Zanesville, Ohio, as a result of the abolition campaign of Theodore D. Weld and other members of Cincinnati's Lane Theological Seminary. This poster is in original condition, dates to the 1850’s and is an amazing example of the early abolitionist movement. Condition shows some discoloring to the poster, but nothing that distracts from its appearance. Framed. Condition: (8.0 - 8.5). Dimensions: Frame: 21 - 3/4" x 16 - 1/4".
