Description
Original theatrical movie poster for the 1962 Norman Jewison comedy based on Damon Runyon's classic story "Little Miss Marker". The stars Tony Curtis and Suzanne Pleshette culminate this screwball comedy with a 20 minute slapstick pursuit sequence through the brand new Disneyland. This is the only major studio film granted unlimited access to shoot throughout the park up till that time, and in fact Universal Studios was the only studio granted permission.Offered here is an 41 x 81 inches three sheet poster from the film's initial release. Three sheets are much rarer than the smaller and more popular one sheet movie posters (27 x41 inches), and comes in two pieces. The folds you see on the poster are actual machine folds made during the printing process by the National Screen Service Corp., a studio co-op used by the industry to move advertising materials conveniently between exhibition dates at movie theaters. Hence almost all movie materials have machine folds. A very rare and handsome poster, complete with the Disneyland Logo and Sleeping Beauty's castle featured prominently.
